Measurement of vacuum degree in the inner and outer layers (annual cycle).

Daily inspection of the supporting facilities of the cryogenic liquid storage tank equipment.

Observation of the cryogenic liquid storage tank foundation to prevent damage to the tank from flying rocks caused by nearby blasting operations.

Frequent opening of the safety valve, suspected to be due to excessive BOG gas pressure.

Sweating on the outside of the cryogenic liquid storage tank, suspected to be caused by the settling of the perlite insulation material used in the tank.

The normal storage liquid level is 95% for the upper limit and 15% for the lower limit.

Cryogenic valves may leak after a period of use. If slight leakage is found at the upper gland, the packing gland should be tightened. If the valve core cannot close, the valve core should be replaced. Adding oil or water cleaning of cryogenic valves is strictly prohibited.
