4. Process Flow Description
This Nitrogen Generation Unit adopts a dual-tower nitrogen production process combining molecular sieve adsorption & purification and turbine expansion refrigeration. This is to ensure the long-term stable and reliable operation of the equipment. The design principle is to achieve energy conservation and facilitate operation and maintenance. The entire unit includes: air filtration and compression system, air pre-cooling system, molecular sieve purification system, turbine expansion system, fractionating column system, liquid product backup system, instrumentation and electrical control system, etc.
