High-Efficiency Liquefaction and High-Purity Output: The system uses a compressor to pressurize gaseous carbon dioxide to over 2.0 MPa, and then cools it to -20°C to -30°C using a refrigeration system, achieving high-efficiency liquefaction.

Advanced Dehydration and Anti-Icing Design: Utilizing temperature swing adsorption (TSA) technology, a dual-tower process (one tower for adsorption, one for regeneration) reduces the gas dew point to -40°C, effectively preventing ice blockage in the low-temperature liquefaction unit and ensuring stable and continuous system operation.

Safe and Reliable System Integration: Core components are mostly made of stainless steel, equipped with multiple safety protection mechanisms, and feature independent gas detection capabilities to monitor toxic and harmful gases in real time, enhancing operational safety.
