Dr. Zulfiqar Wali, Chief Executive Officer of Hewatele Limited in Kenya, recently made a special on-site inspection tour of HanTurbo's manufacturing plant to advance two new cross-border investment initiatives. Hewatele Limited is currently building Kenya's first liquid oxygen production facility at Tatu Industrial Park. Prior to this role, Dr. Wali served as Director of Business Development & Marketing at TOL Gases, Tanzania's largest listed industrial gas enterprise. He independently designed, launched and promoted Kenya's first commercial pilot for smart LPG flow meters. The two sides held in-depth technical and commercial discussions, laying a solid groundwork for future procurement collaboration on overseas projects.
On the morning of July 16, 2026, Mr. Andy, Business Manager of the Overseas Department, delivered a comprehensive presentation covering the company's history, team profile, key products etc. The presentation effectively demonstrated HanTurbo's core strengths and overall competitiveness in the Air Separation Unit field. During the meeting, the parties also held preliminary talks on specific overseas project opportunities, setting a positive tone for further negotiations.
Following the meeting, Dr. Wali, accompanied by Mr. Andy and the core team, visited key facilities including the heavy-duty assembly workshop for air separation unit. He gained detailed insight into the plant's production capacity, advanced manufacturing equipment, quality control systems, and the standard procedures for manufacturing and assembly.
Dr. Wali spoke highly of HanTurbo's production capability, R&D strength, product quality, and refined management systems. He particularly noted that, compared with overseas supply chain counterparts, Chinese manufacturers offer distinct advantages in cost-effectiveness, delivery lead times, and flexible order fulfillment.
