Equipment Condition Check

The appearance of the air purification equipment should be checked daily for any abnormalities, such as foreign objects, tilting, or damage. If any abnormalities are found, they should be addressed promptly or reported to the maintenance department.

The performance of the air purification equipment should be checked weekly, including airflow, noise level, and purification effectiveness. If any abnormalities in equipment performance are found, they should be addressed promptly or reported to the maintenance department.
Maintenance Management
Equipment Malfunction Repair
If the air purification equipment malfunctions, it needs to be reported to the maintenance department for repair immediately.
Maintenance Records
Each time maintenance or filter replacement is performed, it needs to be recorded in the equipment maintenance logbook for future maintenance and evaluation purposes.
Safety Management
Equipment Placement
Air purification equipment should be placed in a safe and stable location and should not obstruct passageways or block exits.
