Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) equipment operates on the principle that gas molecules exhibit varying adsorption capacities on the surface of an adsorbent at different pressures; by periodically altering the pressure in the adsorption bed, it achieves the separation and purification of gases.
The equipment primarily consists of adsorption tower assemblies, a valve system, a control system, a buffer tank, and piping components. Its core operational process includes multiple stages-adsorption, pressure equalization and reduction, forward venting, reverse venting, purging, pressure equalization and increase, and final pressurization-forming a complete cyclic operation.
Designed for nitrogen and oxygen generation applications, this system can be flexibly configured to meet customer requirements, enabling parallel or serial operation of multiple towers to accommodate gas processing needs of various scales.
