This air separation unit project is a supporting project for a steel mill with an annual output of 600,000 tons of bar. The project is located in the central province of Zimbabwe.

Since its inception, this steel mill project has received high attention from the high-level government of Zimbabwe. The President of Zimbabwe laid the foundation for the project, and it was designated as a National Project of Zimbabwe.

The first phase of the project began construction in May 2021, and the iron-making plant was fired up and reached full production in June 2024, the steel-making plant was successfully put into operation in July 2024. Hanturbo provided strong support and guarantee for the gas used in the project.
